OC for "Original Character"

This was a character I drew for an upcoming project in school wherein my groupmates and I need to make a short movie.
This is also my first time to draw angel-like wings and my tablet skills are rusty since it's been months since I last used my tablet.
I'm very open for critiques. I'll need all the opinions I can get on this drawing and suggestions from anyone who knows animation.
Does anyone also know a good software for drawing and animation? I used SAI for this but I need one that's 2D animation.
